Rental Application
This rental application is for an available rental unit with Lee Property Group LLC in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina. Each applicant agrees to a background check , $200 Application Fee, and the submission of the most recent payment stubs. We look forward to doing business!
What to Expect
Availability is on a first come first serve basis. Priority is given based on the date/time a rental application fee is received. Rental Application Fees are non-refundable. Below are steps when applying for an available unit. Approval is required for each step.

Step Two - Application Fee $200 (Pay via Zelle, Bank Deposit, or Cash) - NONREFUNDABLE

Terms & Conditions
The Tenant(s) and any Occupant(s) may only use the Premises as a residential dwelling. It may not be used for storage, manufacturing of any type of food or product, professional service(s), or for any commercial use, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
